CANCELLATION POLICY
I value my time and appreciate your trust in my service. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, I will need a 24 hour notice if you cannot make it. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee. No shows will be required to pay 25% of the service. I understand that life happens. If you’re experiencing an emergency or illness, please notify me as soon as possible.
